Field activities · UC Ferozabad – Khuzdar (FFS)

Building trust, one community at a time.

A routine visit by the SCAP Balochistan team opened a constructive dialogue with community stakeholders across UC Ferozabad.

Community stakeholder engagement

Listening first. Working together next.

As part of SCAP Balochistan’s routine field activities, Dr. Naseer Ahmed and Dr. Riaz Ahmed, FFS Facilitators based in Khuzdar, visited UC Ferozabad to meet community stakeholders, understand their views and priorities, and strengthen coordination at the community level.

The team engaged representatives from Killi Dump, Killi Ahmedzai, Killi Mullazai, Killi Esazai, Killi Zehri, Killi Rehmanzai, and Killi Gameshzai. Stakeholders participated actively, welcomed the visit, and expressed their willingness to support the implementation of SCAP activities in their respective communities.

“The community’s response reflected genuine interest, shared ownership, and a strong willingness to contribute.”

A clear next step

Community asks for a one-day awareness program

A key outcome of the visit was a request from community stakeholders to organize a dedicated one-day awareness and introduction program in UC Ferozabad. The proposed program would introduce SCAP’s objectives, activities, and expected benefits to a wider group of community members.

The visit was a valuable opportunity to reinforce local partnerships and create a strong foundation for future activities. At the close of the meeting, community stakeholders thanked Dr. Riaz Ahmed for visiting their area and for creating space for direct interaction with the SCAP team.
